CHADIS

CHADIS is a web-based screening, diagnostic and management system that administers and analyzes pre-visit, online questionnaires completed y parents, teens or teachers.

Before your physical appointment, please log on to the CHADIS website (www.chadis.com). Fill out the age appropriate screening(s). At the time of your child's appointment, the practitioner will review and discuss your child's screenings. 

Ear Piercing

Ear piercing appointments are available with Dr. Ana Markovic’ on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday based on her availability.

Cost is $110 and includes a pair of 24 carat gold plated studs or surgical stainless steel studs. The earrings coming in a sterile piercing system and cannot be switched out with different earrings for the piercing.

  • Children must be at least 2 months of age and up to date with immunizations. We can certainly pierce ears at any time, though the procedure is tolerated best between 2-9 months of age and greater than 7 years of age.
  • Ear piercing appointments should be separate from a physical appointment.
  • Non-CMG patients may call to schedule an appointment for this service
  • We generally do not provide numbing medicine as the procedure is generally quick and the creams can make the process messy and slippery. Our goal is to achieve the best cosmetic results.
  • $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of scheduling
